Meet Tom Finn

I was born in Hammersmith, London in 1951 and attended The London Oratory School, which was just off the Kings Road in Chelsea. At seventeen, I joined the Metropolitan Police Cadets and at nineteen joined the Metropolitan Police. I served for 30 years as a detective on The Flying Squad, Serious Crime Squad, National Criminal Intelligence Service and various Crime Squads. Over the years I investigated serious crimes including Murder, Robbery and Drug Importation. 

I have been married for fifty years with two children and four grandchildren.A Pact with the Devil brings together a group of ex-detectives of the era I operated in.

I wrote this book to challenge myself to create a story that hasn’t been told previously.
